RETURN POLICY
You are more than welcome to return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of the order date. Purchased items are determined non-returnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange your order, please email us first at info@denadadesign.com notifying us of your return or exchange, then fill out our Return Form and ship your items with forms to: De*Nada 1549 3rd Street NW Washington, DC 20001. Be sure to include the original order receipt with your return or exchange.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns and exchanges to be completed. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not reimburse for additional shipping that may be incurred when returning or exchanging item(s).
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority with delivery confirmation (includes tracking information). Once we receive your order and payment, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and normally take 2-7 business days for you to receive your order. If you need your order rush, please contact us at info@denadadesign.com.
* We cannot be held responsible for missing packages due to Postal Service errors.
International: International orders are shipped via USPS International first class (this does not include any tracking or insurance), Please note that Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your order and payment, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Fridays) and normally take 7-14 business days for you to receive your order. If you wish to add insurance to your order and/or need your order rush, please contact us at info@denadadesign.com.
